Domestic Shipping Policy

Geography: shipping is currently available in the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact us for inquiries into alternate locations.

Shipment processing time: all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the order.

Shipping service providers: all packages are sent via the carrier of the customer's choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to valid addresses within the United States. We can accommodate P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses when customer selects USPS at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: Neither mybisoo.com, nor its affiliates or managers, are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: mybisoo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, nor for errors in addresses provided to us. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are unable to advocate for claims on your behalf. However, for quality control purposes please do notify us if you experience this issue.
International Shipping Policy
- Our international shipment capabilities are limited at this time. Currently we are able to ship to Canada via USPS or UPS. Simply select your carrier of choice at checkout. Please refer to the Domestic Shipping policy for additional detail on how shipping logistics are handled.
